About our home

Our home is a 4 bedroom. We have a master suite with its own batroom, shower and a Jaquizzi tub overlooking the trails and nature. Three bedrooms each with a twin bed and one hallway bathroom.

We have a medium size kitchen with all Bosch appliances for cooking. A deck off the kitchen with a grill and table and chairs overlooking the pond area and trails.
* We have a child severly allergic to Peanuts, Tree nuts and sesame. WE DO ASK THAT NONE OF THESE PRODUCTS BE CARRIED INTO OUR HOME OR UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BE COOKED WITH.

The Launddry room is off the kitchen. The machines are front loading. Detergant will be provided.

We offer a media Room in the basement complete with Jumbo Hdtv accepting vhs as well as dvd. Lots of toys from toddler to 9yrs old. An Air hockey/Pool table. Fireplace. Overlooks a huge deck which goes to the backyard/pond area.

My name is Julie. I am a Stay at Home Mom to three girls ages 9,5 and 2. I used to work in NY in the Fashion Industry so I am pretty creative and enjoy sewing, painting etc...
My Husband is Avi. He is a Project Manager for ADP in Alpharetta ga. He enjoys working in the Technology Field.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Our home is an Equestrian Neighborhood 1 hour north of Atlanta. We are about 7miles from Lake Lanier which has multiple parks open for boating, fishing and swimming. We are also only 4 miles from The Chatahoochee River which offers access to Bowmans Island a popular Fly Fishing area as well as tubing, canoeing and kayaking.
Our home backs up to a Large Pond offering many views of the nature here including Turtles, Blue Heron, Hawks, Wild Turkeys and snakes. You can even get close up and take our Paddle boat out in the Pond for some fun fishing or just exploring(you can not swim in our pond). Our Yard backs up to the Department of Natural Wildlife Trails which are scenic. One of the trails takes you straight to the stables about an 8-10 minute walk which offers summer camps for kids as well as lessons. If you already ride you can pay to take the horse through the many trails in our community.
The Community is also home to the DNR Trout Fish Hatchery which also has its own Family Pond for Fishing.
We have a Junior Oympic size pool and a Pool above that one for Grown ups to relax. The Clubhouse offers a Fitness Room with some equipment. The Tennis Courts are above the pool area as well as the Tot lot which accomodates kids up to age 10.
