About our home

Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large kitchen with adjoining dining, living and family rooms. We have four bedrooms upstairs, three are completely furnished. We also have a nice study with video game machine (over 1000 arcade games), plasma tv with xbox, fireplace and 2 computers with high speed internet access. We have a small but fully fenced in backyard with large deck, gazebo and hot tub. My most prized possession is my grandmothers baby grand piano which is in our living room. There is plenty of parking and the home sleeps up to 8 with a queen pull out sofa downstairs.

More about us

Peter and I have been married for over seven years. Peter was born in Kilmarnock, Scotland and we are trying to re-locate there in early 2007. We both work in the technology business - he at Microsoft and me at Expedia. We have two shetland sheepdogs, we love to travel and play golf. We're new to home exchange but thought we'd give it a try.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We have lived in a subdivision in a small country town about 45 minutes directly east of Seattle. The subdivision is well maintained with lots of friendly neighbors. The mountains are only a short distance east and the water is a short distance west. Washington is great for hikers, adventure types, water buffs or those that just love to relax and enjoy the scenery. Beautiful British Columbia is only three hours north from our home.
