A large condo, one of ten units, secluded, but near shopping, highway, etc. Located in a lovely, upscale small town setting. Over 2,000 sq. ft. of living space. Double garage leads to lower floor containing twin bedroom, full bath, and large family room with computer/printer setup. Up the stairs to a huge living room, dining room, kitchen with all modern conveniences, new appliances. Master bedroom is over the double oversize garage, has vaulted ceiling. Central heat/air keeps you comfy all year round. Large screen TV has cable.
This is a beautiful place. It has an open , high ceilinged plan, and is nicely furnished and decorated. The bedroom is huge, and lovely. Everyone who comes here comments that it is beautiful.

More about us

My name is Marcia Butler. I am a widow, and I live alone. If I were to arrange a swap, I would come with a friend. I am a retired teacher, and I lead a busy life with many friends, interests and activities. I volunteer 2 days a week at a Providence Food Pantry for needy families, and I am deeply involved in my church as well. I take care of my own home, and I would take care of yours, also. My health is excellent. I have belonged to a yoga class for three years, and I am 5'3" and weigh 120 lbs.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

East Greenwich is a small town with a Main Street that has lovely shops, nice restaurants and coffee shops. There are large and small markets nearby, and several pharmacies. Highways are less than 5 minutes by car, and in Rhode Island, the USA's smallest state, nothing is far away. Our capital city of Providence is about 15 minutes on the highway, has wonderful shopping, cultural events, theater, historical attractions. There are many fine examples of colonial architecture. Newport, the famous playground of the rich, is 20 minutes away. It is a beautiful city on the bay and ocean, with fabulous boating and views. The turn-of-the-century mansions of the super-rich are available to tour. Shopping, the Tennis Hall of Fame, and many fine restaurants are here. There are also several beautiful beaches. Narragansett is another beach community that is lovely to see and to visit. Rhose Island is called the Ocean
State. It could also be called the Bay State, but Massachusetts, our next door neighbor has that nickname.
Speaking of Massachusetts, Boston is about an hour away by car, and can also be reached easily by bus or train. Boston is a fabulous city, which houses Harvard University and many other top-ranked colleges and universities.
