About our home

This spacious home is centrally located in North Eastham. It is approximately 1.3 miles from Nauset Light Beach and is walking distance to Nauset Market and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. (An adult tricycle and 2 bicycles are available to use on the bike trail).

The first floor has 2 bedrooms (both with queen-sized beds) and a full bath. The main living area is a large, open room with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining table (with seating for 8), couch & love seat set and HDTV (with cable and DVD player). The living room and all bedrooms have window AC units.

Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and a small half bath. The larger bedroom has 2 twin beds, a day bed and plenty of extra room for playing board games or watching TV. The other bedroom has a full-sized bed, fireplace and sitting area with a comfortable, over-sized chair. Hallway linen closet provides extra storage space.

The 1/2 acre yard has a gas grill, picnic table and plenty of additional seating
