Bay View Oasis

We live in El Cerrito, which is right up the hill from Berkeley. We are in a neighborhood with lots of friendly families and lovely homes that overlook the Bay and have views of the Golden Gate Bridge. Our back yard is a sweet little oasis with lush landscaping and a patio set and gas grill. The inside of our home is mid modern, comfortable and tidy. We have paintings on the walls made by mother, who is an artist. Most of the colors in the house are in blues, greens and grey. It is very tranquil.

Our home has three bedrooms. We have a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a full sized bed in my daughter's room, and a twin bed upstairs in the guest room. We also have sleeping mats, blow up mattresses and a fancy deluxe blow up mattress that is up off the ground on a stand, like a regular bed. There is a full bathroom on each of the three floors of the house. The basement level has the laundry room, and a tv/video Game Center. The sofa has two recliners, and it is a great place to relax and veg out. The kitchen has all of the modern conveniences, and a breakfast bar overlooking the garden. We have a dining room right off of the kitchen, with big French doors that open out into the back garden. The living room is comfortable and a perfect place to sit, and read a book as you overlook the Bay from the huge front windows.
