About our home

With its massive vaulted living room, and vast double doors that open on both sides, this home is the epitome of the modern indoor/outdoor living. The huge master bedroom upstairs with a beautiful on suite bathroom and patio offers views of the lush garden, complete with Rainbow playset for the kids, a lawn big enough for soccer games and a heated pool and hot tub. Downstairs there are 2 kids rooms set up to sleep 3 children but can easily be adjusted for a 4th and a large guest/play room with a full queen bed, additional pull out couch. The house is a west of the 5 freeway and a short walk from the Leucadia restaurants & shops and Beacons beach.

Leucadia is a community just north of Encinitas. Best described by its catchphrase 'keep Leucadia funky!' its a beachtown with soul that blends art, surf culture, great food, restaurants and a local community feel. You can find almost anything you want here, from a weekly farmers market, several yoga studios, great bars (such as the micro-brewery St Archer and wine-tasting room Solterra) and great food (such as Fish 101 and Papagayo). The North County beaches are world famous, and you'll have easy access to Beacons, Moonlight and Cardiff beach as well as world-class surf breaks such as Swamis, Pipes and Cardiff Reef. It's a 10 minute drive to Legoland, 15minutes to Seaworld and 30mins to all the attractions of downtown San Diego such as the world famous San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Also, being in North County it lends itself to easy trips up to LA meaning Disney-land can be a day-trip. Golfers will recognize Torrey Pines golf course (which hosted the 2008 US open) and even closer is Encinitas Ranch Golf course and cyclists will love the vast array of road and mountain bike routes.
