About our home

Our home is located just north of San Antonio Texas in the small community of Fair Oaks Ranch. We are in the "hill country" however, we are only a 15 minute drive into the city. Our house is a 4 Br, 2.5 bath, 2 story, 2900 sqare feet, with a 2 car garage, sitting on a half an acre with a fenced back yard. The community is very quiet and friendly.

Immaculate home with many upgrades including:Kitchen: new granite countertops, backsplash, oven, cooktop, sink and dishwasher. Master Bedroom: new hardwood floors and paint. Master Bath: new granite countertops, bath fixtures, tile flooring, and lighting.
Formal Dining and Office: new hardwood floors and paint. Second Bath: new granite countertops and bath fixtures. Backyard: new “StarDeck” patio. Custom, built-in BBQ for fun entertaining. General: recently replaced carpet upstairs and new paint throughout.

The neigborhood is very diverse. Fair Oaks Ranch started as a place for wealthy individuals to get out of the city, relax, golf, excercise. The schools are so good, younger families moved into Fair Oaks Ranch. It is a quiet community, only 5 minutes from Boerne, TX and San Antonio, Tx. Fair Oaks Ranch Golf and Country Club is less than a mile up the road. Enjoy a round of golf as your kids enjoy the outdoor pool with their friends.

The Guadalupe River is only 8 miles away, so you can enjoy "floating" down the river on a hot summer day, or enjoy hiking around the hill country, or stop by the Wineries to taste the local wine. Not to mention the incredible BBQ or Mexican food.

My wife and I have 3 teenage children between 14-17. We enjoy both country life and city life. We love to cook, be in the wilderness, love different cultures and love to travel. We were raised in Alaska, so we love the outdoors, hiking, camping, skiing, hockey, fishing, you name it. Our favorite thing to do: Sit in a piazza , eating wonderful food, local wine and learning a new culture.
