About our home

Extra-large 1920s Spanish revival two-bedroom apartment in Fairfax District of Los Angeles. Living room, dining room, well-stocked kitchen w/ dishwasher, laundry room w washer/dryer, one master bedroom with king bed, one large bedroom with full bed, bathroom with walk-in shower plus bath. Balcony, too!

Apartment is on the second floor, one of four units. Residential, quiet tree-lined block in heart of L.A., short drive to West Side beaches and to East Side attractions in Silverlake and Los Feliz. West Hollywood is a five-minute drive away. Lovely Pan Pacific Park is one-half block away, for picnics or exercise. The Grove (landmark outdoor mall) and Original Farmer's Market are easy walks as well. World-famous shopping block Fairfax Ave. is right nearby, as is Melrose Ave. Tons of great restaurants that deliver, and many within walking distance.

Fairfax, sometimes called Beverly Grove, is a centrally located neighborhood in L.A. that's close to most anywhere in L.A. you're likely to visit, but offers enough--much within walking distance--that you don't need to leave very often at all. From food to restaurants to shopping to beautiful Pan Pacific Park to the Original Farmers Market, Fairfax is an ideal neighborhood to stay in no matter where in L.A. your trip takes you.
