About our home

. . . . . . . . Due to Rhode Island COVID regulations, we are only seeking 30-night minimum rentals at this time . . . . . . . .

All of Providence is walkable!

This modern 2-bedroom is located in a three-story home in a residential neighborhood sandwiched between two bustling main streets on the West End of Providence — that means quiet nights at home, but a walkable bustling night out (with masks!) if you want it. It's also a two-minute walk from a big park (with a Thursday evening Farmer's Market) as well.

The apartment has central air, heating, fast WiFi, bluetooth speakers and comes with one parking spot (in a driveway). There is a private deck right off the kitchen that is perfect for neighborhood people watching.

One bedroom has a bed with a queen mattress, and the second bedroom has a couch that pulls out to a comfortable queen-size sleeping area.

There is a washer and dryer (coin operated) located in the basement to use.

Where is it?

The West End is the "Brooklyn" of Providence (although we're really only talking about a 5 mile diameter). The apartment is a 2 minute walk from Armory Park (open green space) and tons of shops, restaurants and bars (if you have a mask).

Downtown Providence is an easy, safe, 10-minute walk.

Rhode Island has one of the only state-wide bus systems so you can take the RIPTA anywhere you like.
