Gorgeous and huge 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 full bathrooms in a secure high rise (doorman and 24 hours security/cameras) directly on a private beach in an upscale part of Fort Lauderdale. App. 20 miles from South Beach and Miami downtown.
The building is very nice. Has a huge heated pool, gym facility, pool table and laundry facilities on each floor.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed (2 people), large walk in closet (we will make space for your belongings) and the master bathroom has a shower/tub combination.
The kids room has bunk beds. The top one is a size twin (1 person) and underneath is a full bed which can sleep 2 people.

The living room has a pull out couch which sleeps 2.

On the 3rd floor with a balcony

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer.

There is a supermarket and stores across from our building, 1 minute walk.
Being right on the beach is a big plus. No walking or crossing streets, take the elevator down and there you are!
This is a VERY secure and upscale area
