About our home

MY HOME WAS BUILT IN 1900, however I am an Interior Designer in my 50's and have completely renovated the home to a high standard. The home is contemporary inside. The garden is completely fenced and is 3/4 of an acre. (Very rare for downtown property). The home has 2 separate apartments, both with kitchens. The front is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, the back is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. 3 t.v.'s including a 52" flat screen t.v. with all the premium channels. There is a 4' x 6' jacuzzi tub in one of the bathrooms. A bose sound system, granite countertops and dining table, stainless steel appliances and high ceilings. There is a lovely gazebo and patio area in the garden.I do have photos of the other apartment which is beautifully furnished also.

I am a semi-retired woman in my 50's. I have traveled extensively and have spent considerable time on the French Riviera. My Father usually travels with me and I have a female german shepherd (Ava) who is 11 years old and travels with me, including my trips to Europe. She is extremely well behaved, clean and smart. I would like to find a home in France, Antibe, Juan-les-pins, Nice etc.

Where is it?

Right downtown (a 2 minute walk to the heart) with restaurants, clubs and the marina. One street from the river. Ft. Myers beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands are a 20 minute drive. It's a 3 hour drive to Miami (South Beach) a 3 hour drive to Clearwater/ St. Pete and there is a boat that will take you to the Keys from Ft. Myers beach.
There is a health club, a library, the convention centre,post office etc. all within walking distance.
