Hike the mountians or drive int DC for the day

I have a 3000 sq foot home that is currently going trough some minor remodling as it was just purchased. I have two dogs that stay inside, yet I am very clean. There are three bed rooms and two bathrooms and upstairs and basement as well as kitchens in both areas. I am also happy to have couples in the downstairs while I am in the upstairs if you wish to visit at a time I cannot take a vacation. The basement has its own bottom entrance and exit.

I live in the valley surrounded by beautiful mountians in the george washington national forest. This area is know for its caves, civil war history, antiquing, and being only 2 hrs away from DC and 1.5 hrs away from the closest metro into DC. You will need to rent a car.

I am a therapist with autistic children and also a vollenteer medic/firefighter. I love to travel and have been in the peace corps in africa and have lived in the jungle. I am single and would be traveling with no animals, yet I have no problem with individuals bringing their pets along.
