About our home

Our guests love the house and the beach is beautiful-emerald water and sugar-white sand. A home away from home- available throughout the year for non-simultaneous exchange. Comfort and privacy and convenient to restaurants, shopping and recreation. House is ground floor and eaily accessible for people of all ages and abilities. Plenty of outdoor living space. Wildflowers and sea oats brighten the yard in summer, fall and spring. The butterfly migration in autumn is amazing!

We (Elena and Jeff) are career educators, our adult children (Jazz amd Jade)are artists (dance & music). We love to travel and have enjoyed the friendships made through prior exchanges. We live near the beach house, in Niceville.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Relaxing, mostly residential. Easy beach access. Neighborhood is safe and neighbors are friendly. Walk across the street to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The light will remind you of the South of France!
