About our home

This is a beautiful home in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, only 16 years old. Spacious, comfortable and very clean, it includes a spacious deck looking out at a small pond and trees. In the lower level is a rec room, with pool table, darts, TV and bar area. On the first floor there is a master bedroom and bath, a modern kitchen featuring all the appropriate appliances including a dishwasher, another bathroom with washer and dryer and a large living room/dining room with a beautiful floor-to-ceiling granite fireplace and cathedral ceilings. A mud room connects to a two-car garage. Upstairs you will find two large bedrooms and a full bathroom. This is a lovely home in a very desirable area of NH.

More about us

We are a retired married couple with two grown children. We live in Massachusetts, this is a second home for us. We love coming up to our New Hampshire house for the peace and recreation it allows. We have had four very successful exchanges. We will be very respectful of your home!

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Close to hiking, golf and skiing, this is a perfect house for active people. The house is not isolated, it is in a beautiful area of Franconia with neighbors nearby, but not too close. It is a wonderful area for walking and hiking in the surrounding White Mountains. There are several excellent golf courses within the immediate area. Come see beautiful Franconia Notch, home of the famous Tram at Cannon Mountain! This is truly a house for all seasons. In the fall, the New England foliage is spectacular and in late spring the fields of lupine are stunning. The summer allows for golf and hiking while in the winter there is both downhill and cross-country skiing within only a few miles.
