About our home

Located on Beaver Lake in NW Arkansas, our 2 level home offers plenty of space to spread out. With 2 balconies facing the lake, enjoy your morning coffee or tea while listening to the wildlife and enjoying the many trees. Very peaceful and quiet, our neighborhood has mostly 2nd homes and is located on a cul-de-sac. The walk to the lake is about 50 yards on a steep incline (wear sturdy shoes). Once on the lake you can swim, fish, or paddle board. Beaver lake is very clean and features towering limestone bluffs, natural caves, a variety of trees and flowering shrubs. We have a community pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), tennis courts, and a park. The home has plenty of space (2200 sq. feet) with an open floor plan. Upstairs is the kitchen, living room and master bedroom with it's own bath. Downstairs has an open play room along with 2 bedrooms and a bath.
