About our home

Our home is a 3 bedroom nestled in hip and family oriented Greenpoint. We have one bedroom with a brand new queen sized bed, our son's room that has a twin bed that pulls out into a double if needed, and our third bedroom room is a guest room with a twin bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, oven, full-size refrigerator, as well as all the necessary kitchen essentials: pots, pans, dishes, flatware, vitamix. Our living room has an expansive window that overlooks lovely McGolrick Park. Because our building is on the corner we get direct sunlight all day long with north, south, and east facing exposures.

Our home is about a 7 minute walk to the nearest subway station which gets you anywhere in NYC, there is a hip cafe downstairs on the bottom floor of our building and the grocery store is across the street. We also happen to live very close the hip Brooklyn neighborhood, Williamsburg where you can find tons of shopping, restaurants, bars and art galleries, etc

Please note we have a cat named Feathers that lives with us year round. He is mostly shy and will keep to himself but we ask that visitors to our apartment care for him in our absence.

It’s a long-standing community, set in a sophisticated and vibrant waterfront neighborhood that combines New York culture and style with a small town charm because of it’s peninsula location.
