About our home

Our home is a beautiful, brick historic house located in the Heritage Historic District of Greenville, SC. It's small and cozy, and a perfect retreat from a day of exploring Greenville's growing and award-winning downtown.

We purchased this home for the location: our side yard is Greenville's Heritage Green ( http://www.greenvillesc.gov/736/Heritage-Green): home to Greenville County Museum of Art, Greenville Little Theater, Hughes Main Library, The Children's Museum of the Upstate, Bob Jones Museum & Gallery, and Upcountry History Museum. Walk down the street and ride the free trolley downtown. The city offer rentable bicycles just a short walk away, and we provide a free bike and helmet with all stays, too. (We plan to add more soon!)

We have kept much of the home's historic details, but added our own little flair here and there, while still keeping things minimalistic and fresh. There a 3 bedrooms (Master: 1 King; Bedroom 2: 2 twins; Bedroom 3: 2 twins, 1 toddler bed available; 1 double foldout couch available in living room) 2 bathrooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, and 1 sunroom/playroom. We love that our house is pretty much right in the city, but still has a yard and private parking. (We keep our house shoe-free, too!)

Time Money named Greenville, SC as one of the top 12 places to go in 2017 (http://time.com/money/4616864/travel-2017-hotels-restaurants-save-money/), and we're also on The NY Times list of 52 places to visit in 2017 (http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2017/travel/places-to-visit.html?_r=2).

We are a growing, foodie, and affordable area that keeps the downtown feel, and hope you'll visit soon!
