West Virginia secluded stream front home 50 minutes from ski resort. 27 acres

Enjoy the winter in a secluded home tucked in the woods and beside a small creek. Our home includes wildlife aplenty. See deer almost daily and many songbirds in our feeders. If you are more adventurous, Winterplace ski resort is about fifty minutes away and is a great family resort. We are also about 50 minutes from pipestem state park and 20 minutes from the Appalachian trial. If you need a place just to "get away from it all" this is your home. The house itself is built like a vacation home, windows surround the living area. a nice size deck wraps around two thirds of the house. two bedrooms are available and a small kitchen with a dishwasher. There is also a computer room/den. Washer and Dryer and a walk in shower are available in the bathroom. Choose either a woodstover or electric for your heating. (We love the woodstove). This is not a big house but it is a perfect get-away.

There is no "neighbourhood" here. Just a small country road with scattered houses and beautiful views. The nearest store is a tiny gas station about ten minutes away. Other than that the closest stores are about twenty minutes away. The closest "city" is Pearisburg Virginia or Princeton West Virginia- both about thirty five minutes away.

I am about 40 and my husband is 68. We have twin boys who are 18 and live at college. The boys may participate in the exchange also, one is attending a Bible college and the other is studying radiologic technology. My husband is retired and I am a third year student at college studying pre-med.
