Retreat Home EXCELLENT get away, and mountain view from deck.

Location Mountains in the (Middle of Nowhere) closest big cities are Sacramento, San Francisco, and Reno Nevada and Lake Tahoe. Must have a car if you want to get anywhere. No stores near by.

My house is fairly new 4 years old, it is beautiful and big with an open floor plan, has 3 bed and 2 bath, near, rivers, lakes, hiking, hunting, sking. It is very secluded mountain community. 5 people live on the block, the other two families, are only there once a month. I live on .59 acres. There is a deer trail and deck, BBQ. Huge living room, lawn chairs for sunning. Plenty of space and pellet stove, whole house fan, built in and ceiling fans. It is a cul de sac.

It is not near anything 30 minute drive to the city. Movies, Shopping, freeway. 30 minutes away from water skiing, and boat rides. 3 hours from San Francisco. 2 Hours to Reno Nevada and Gambling. 1 hour from Sacramento. Sacramento has the river boat and the murder mystery theater/dinner.

It has all the seasons and this is just a real retreat. King Sized bed, massage table and a kids bed in one room a couch to sleep on if needed and can even camp out back with a tent.

Broadband internet and computer with desk. Trampoline, and 2 bikes, one child one adult. Long distance phone service free in USA. Books Mary Higgins Clark, Ask and it is given, movies, netflix movie that will come to the house.

My home is very simple.

Neighborhood is quiet, not many cars, not sirens, just peace and quiet. It is a great place to catch up on reading and hiking and out door activities. There are friendly people around if you need help with anything. There are only 5 families that live on this block and the other 2 just have vacation retreat home up here. Cul De Sac and the church is at the end, the post office is 3 minute walk. There are no restuarants in the city, but a 10 minute drive is an eatary and bar.

The city is about 30 minutes away from home. EXCELLENT GET AWAY!

I live with my daughter and I am in the media eye as I am a Celebrity Psychic and Film Producer. It is nice to get away to my home in the mountains. I am going to the UK for an adventure and travel. I would like for my daughter to see the world she is 8. The last place we went it so New Zealand. We do have a dog that will stay.
