The open plan living area is ideal for your vacation entertaining, and offers expansive views from any corner. Starting with the living area you will see 2 comfortable couches and oversized chair plus ottoman carefully spaced so that everyone has a view of the large flat panel LCD T.V.

You will love the well equipped kitchen offering custom cabinetry with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a layout perfect for the gourmet cook. The chef in the group will be amazed at the supply of kitchen utensils that help create that perfect meal after a long day at the beach. Bar seating for 5 and an elegantly furnished dining area with seating for 8 overlook the pristine sands and breaking waves.

The enormous master bedroom upstairs has a king bed, a large screen HDTV and DVD, and a comfortable sitting area. The adjoining oversized bath features a gulf front jetted tub, separate dual shower, twin vanities, and even a large walk –in closet. The private balcony encompasses the entire width of the home facing the gulf. You can enjoy a morning cup of Joe and watch the dolphins from your private patio area without disturbing anyone in your party. The other 5 bedrooms (2 on the main level and 3 on the upper level) are also spacious, each with its flat panel TV and quiet ceiling fan (no ceiling fan in bedroom with bunk beds). Unbelievably comfortable mattresses will ensure some of the best sleep you've ever had!

There is no need to compromise on quality when you're on vacation away from home! Here are some special features in this newly built beautiful emerald coast gem- features very few houses directly on the beach in gulf Shores and Orange Beach can boast of having. Elevator to all floors is a big help with groceries and luggage. Large hot tub (7X7 feet) over-looking the dunes and beach area (see below). The finishes are amazing – angled 18 inch travertine floors and bathrooms, granite, stainless steel appliances and high ceilings adorned with custom molding, plenty of beautiful wrought iron and teak outside furniture for your enjoyment - you simply have to see it.

During your stay you will enjoy the wireless high speed internet, and cable service with 68 channels. A large 7X7 foothot tub with child proof access faces the beach and is available year-round. This is great for keeping kids active and busy on rainy days and perfect for those chilly nights in the Fall/Winter. There are 2 large picnic table where you can gather for meals accompanied by the marvelous ocean breezes. There is an outside shower to clean the sand off. Outdoor grills (4 burner gas grill and charcoal grill) are available for those who love to BBQ. Spend time with your friends and children playing ping pong, balls and rackets provided. We provide kayaks, and for coffee lovers multiple coffee machines (drip, Keurig, and press).

Of course you will love the luxury of your beach house, but the reason you are coming is for the Beach! You certainly won't be shortchanged in that area, either. Gulf Shores emerald beaches and sandy dunes have been rated among the top beaches in the world. The clean, soft white sand and the emerald gulf are some of the reasons visitors vacation here year after year! Just a few steps off the covered balcony and you will feel the sand and surf beneath your feet. The pictures you and your family take on the beach will be enjoyed and cherished for a long time. And if that is not enough, the not-so-little 'Little Lagoon' is just across the street from us and connects to the Gulf less than half a mile away from our beach house. You can Kayak, surf, or ride jet skis if you like!

The house is fully equipped, both inside and out. All you need to bring is your swim suit!

And if that isn't enough, a nature lover's paradise welcomes you with Big Lagoon State Park and Gulf Islands National Seashore providing nature trails, bird watching, boat launch, fishing from the shore, picnicking, sea shelling, kayaking, parasailing, jogging and biking and more. Public tennis courts are a few minutes away. Golf playing is at its best. Multiple full service marinas are minutes away. Historic Pensacola, home of the National Museum of Naval Aviation, the famous Blue Angels and some of Florida's best restaurants and galleries is a short drive to the East. On the way back you can have a great time at the FloraBama lounge. There is truly something for everyone in this luxury location.

There is a cleaning fee for point swaps. The house is professionally cleaned. and maintained but personally manged. The pool is also professionally cared for.
