More about us

  1. I live in Charleston South Carolina and work as a real estate agent. I am fun and adventurous and have a zest for life. English is my native language and I am currently learning Spanish. I am single and have a small dog. I travel alone but invite friends to meet up with me so depending on the trip it will be 1-4 travelers. I only take my dog with me if its driving distance from Charleston, South Carolina. Don't worry, you will not have to care for him during your stay in my home as he visits his grandma when I travel. I would like to travel USA, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Panama, Spain, any spanish speaking country and more. I am going to Italy from Sept 24 to October 22, 2019 so would LOVE any home exchange during this time. I love anywhere with water activities close by, lakes, beaches, rivers. I am open to offers so write to me and let's see when we can make it happen.

I have had 6 successful home exchanges (Playa Hermosa and Punta Uva (twice), Costa Rica and Venice Beach and Madiera Beach, Florida, Also Coronado, Panama) and I am very excited about future exchanges. I am open to long term stay, short term stay, simultaneous or non-simultaneous, and hospitality. I am neat and organized and will treat your home with much care and respect. If you want to know more about me, visit my face book page https://www.facebook.com/Its.A.Good.Move or my business page https://www.facebook.com/pamcoxrealtor. My website is www.pamelacox.com. Thank you in advance for considering us for a home exchange. I sincerely look forward to hearing from you.

  2. I work in real estate in SC in the Berkeley, Dorchester and Charleston county area.

  3. I love beaches, lakes and rivers. I like to see all cities from a more local perspective rather than tourist crowds.
