About our home
Welcome to Our Home! We live in Huntington Beach, CA. Our home is the perfect Southern California Beach Home.
We have a 4 bedroom 3 bath home within walking distance to the beach and downtown shopping and restaurants. We are 20 minutes from disneyland, 1 hour from downtown LA and 1hr 30 min from San Diego.
We have all the beach equipment you might need such as boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, etc. We also have 4 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes should you decide to take a ride around the neighborhood or at the beach path.
We live on a golf course. If you would decide to play we can arrange for a guest fee.
This is a perfect vacation home! We live on vacation everyday!

We are a family of 5! My husband owns his own technology finance business and I am a stay at home mom. We have 3 kids. Griffin is my oldest who is 17 years old. Ryder is my middle son that is 15 years old and our daughter Madelyn is 12. My husband loves to surf and we often enjoy going on beach vacations. We love to travel and want our kids to see the world!
Summer is our ideal time to do a home exchange since it is when our kids have off school.

Where is it?
Neighbourhood
We live in Huntington Beach California also known as Surf City USA! There is so much to do in our area. We live right in the heart of downtown. There is the beach for surfing, paddle boarding, or just sunbathing and relaxing. Take our bikes for a ride on the beach path or to ride to local restaurants (thats how we like to get around).
Every Tuesday Night there is a street fair on Main Street with a farmers market, vendors, and street performers.
There is lots to do around us. You can plan day trips to Disneyland (about 20 min away), Los Angeles and Hollywood (about 1 hr. away), San Diego (about 2 hours away).
After busy days of sightseeing come home to relax in our backyard, take a swim and BBQ.
