About our home

This charming light-filled home was one of only three houses built in 1964 by the Sierra Nevada wood and lumber company. Authentic old Tahoe style features huge beam 30-foot ceilings, five inch wood doors, an enormous stone fireplace, and red wood throughout. The house is on a 1/2 acre wooded lot that backs up to national forest land. This home is newly remodeled with a new bathroom off the master suite upstairs, Plus and extra bed for up to two small children in the master suite.
Charming, light filled 2 story home. Many windows with a woods view in a quiet convenient neighborhood close to town. Enjoy our beautiful large Tahoe fireplace and wrap around deck and carport. This home is newly remodeled with a new bathroom off the master suite upstairs. We have 2 bedrooms downstairs. One with a queen bed and the other has a full size bed. The bath downstairs has a shower and old fashioned claw foot tub. We have new carpet and a beautiful kitchen with new appliances and granite counters. We can sleep 6 to 8 people.

Where is it?

Just 5 minutes to skiing, Incline's Diamond Peak ski resort is a wonderful family ski resort. A ski bus stops near by. Walk to shopping, restaurants, library and the private beaches are just 5 minutes away. (passes available)
Don't miss the fully equipped recreation center with all equipment and a Olympic sized pool. Two excellent golf courses are available nearby. Hiking, biking, sightseeing, boating you name it, Incline Village HAS IT ALL!!
My home is charming and comfortable at a low elevation. It's decorated with good taste. We just recently remodeled our home. It's a peaceful, quiet home surrounded by all the beauty of the mountains, forest, and of course pristine Lake Tahoe, the largest alpine lake in North America.
