About our home

Our c1915 home has been updated while maintaining its historic feel. Oak woodwork and leaded glass accompany a kitchen updated in 2010. It's in the city of Ithaca, which as the home of Cornell University has lots of cultural events year-round, from competitive story-telling to excellent theater. Located at the end of Cayuga Lake, it's the gateway to the Finger Lakes wine region -- now also home to many distilleries and breweries. So there's lots to do and lots of great food to eat while you enjoy the scenic, rolling beauty of the Finger Lakes.

More about us

  1. We're on the verge of empty-nest-hood, with a son at college and one at home

  2. We work together on a journal on food systems from our home office

  3. We love historic homes -- this is our third in the area.
