South Florida Townhome located a 10 minute drive to beaches, shopping and dining

Located in Jupiter Florida 1 hour from Ft Lauderdale airport and approximately 15 minutes to West Palm Beach Florida with miles of beach just a 10 minute drive away. Our townhome is a 3 bedroom, 2 full baths and one 1/2 baths. Laundry room, Living Room. Family Room and nice size Kitchen with all amenities. We also have a screened in patio. There is a community pool which is shared by the neighbourhood. We are located in a quiet neighbourhood called Cambridge at Abacoa, The development of Abacoa features Roger Dean Stadium (baseball) where Florida Marlins, St. Louis Cardinals play, restaurants, coffee shop etc which is a 15 minute walk from our townhouse. Often there will be free concerts and events on the weekends.

We love the winters in Florida. There is alot to do, but you would require a car. 15 minutes walking distance to Abacoa Town Centre and you can walk to the grocery store approximately 20 minutes. We tend to be outside all day and enjoy quiet evenings. There are many restaurants within driving distance. Also, McArthur State Park offers kayaking and tours and Singer Island approximately 15 - 20 minutes drive where you can visit the bunker of President John F. Kennedy.

English is our first language and I understand Italian and speak it enough to get by. My husband is in the Tourism Industry thus we have a great passion for travelling.
