About our home

Nicely appointed almost new Hawaiian condo. Walk to town, snorkeling, beaches and restaurants. Great complex with swimming pool and spa. BBQ's and workout room across the driveway. 2 queen bedrooms with 2 bathroom and queen sofa sleeper in living room. Nice size kitchen, dining in kitchen and on patio. Overlooks the ocean and close by to everything in town. Great fishing, diving, climbing and volcano watching.

We are two middle age videographers, we travel the world and produce a television series called "Another Shade of Blue". This is a second home for us so we are very flexible about trading times. Give us an email and we will see what we can do. We are looking for anyplace to trade that is near water as we are always scouting locations.

Great location close to the beach town of Kailua Kona. Central to everything on the Big Island. Walk to town, surf, snorkel, scuba dive, deep sea fish, see the volcano, ride a horse. Lots and lots of things to do on the Big Island. We are on the second story overlooking the beautiful Pacific ocean.
