About our home

Well our home is rather old 1930's and I have tried to retain as many original features as I can but also we have all the modern bits and pieces. If you are looking for a home close to the center of London then this is a great location, but its also quite a green area and very safe, which is unusual for London. Two double bedrooms, single bedroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two seperate toilets. Attached garage and a lovely garden filled with robins, blue tits, woodpeckers and even the occasional fox. I have no idea of the floor area so have just guessed! we don't normally do that here in the uk. You will have a great night's sleep in this house, you will need it too after seeing the sights of London. I love this house and I hope you will feel the same should we do an exchange.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

Well South Woodford is North East London, its on the central line, by underground I would say it takes about 25mins to Oxford Circus and say 15mins to Liverpool Street. Tree lined walk to the underground station which is about 10-15 mins away. I am close to Stanstead Airport, about 45mins away so you could even pop over to Europe on a cheap Ryanair flight whilst you are here. Lovely shops, restaurants, marks and spencer food store, cinema, library, church, wine bars everything you need is here in South Woodford if you dont have the energy to do any more sightseeing. At the back of my house is Epping Forest so nice walks in the forest and we have some of the best pubs in the area. You can catch a coach from here to literally anywhere in the uk, daytrip to Cambridge, daytrip to France. Well I could go on and on so if you need any more information you can always contact me.
