Wonderful home in a beautiful neighborhood close to shopping and all tourist sights. Beautiful roses and trees in front yard. 30 mi from LAX, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm. 20 min from beach and LB Aquarium. San Diego Zoo 2 hrs south, Las Vegas 4 hrs driving. Many restaurants are walking distance, theaters are close by also.
4 bedrooms [King, double(2), single twin, plus other sleeping areas]. Fully equipped kitchen with all amenities. Big screen TV, cable, large front room and dining room. 3 full bathrooms, one beautifully recently remodeled. Backyard to sit , read morning news or BBQ. Patio furniture and ping pong table. Lots of trees. Large front yard. Friendly small dog present. We can hire a neighbor to feed her or you can care for her.

Quiet, lovely to walk around with all the trees, lots of friendly families, short walk to public bus which can take you to the meto lines. close to freeways if driving. Clear air and beautiful sunsets. Walk to mall, grocery, theater.

we are college educated professionals, 3 college age children who live here part time.
