About our home

Our classic 1920's Mediterranean-revival home is convenient to Beachwood, Los Feliz, Hollywood, the 101 Freeway, and within walking distance to Griffith Park (playgrounds, hiking, etc). It's tucked away on a very quiet residential street in Bronson Canyon.

Our spacious living room that includes a Batchelder-style working fireplace, hardwood flooring, and belgian linen curtains.

The wide-open dining area includes a custom 5' square dining room table, built-in bookshelves that frame French doors opening to the pergola-covered patio and garden blooming with roses and bougainvillea.

The long, gourmet kitchen has top-grade stainless appliances (Fisher & Paykel), CeasarStone countertops, a breakfast area, and laundry area (new stacked washer and dryer!). Cute office off the kitchen.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one with en suite sunroom overlooking the Hollywood Hills). The Master Bedroom includes a king size bed and silk drapes with black-out lining. A queen size bed in the second bedroom. The third bedroom (with en suite sunroom overlooking the Hollywood Hills) is currently used as an office, but would make a lovely 3rd bedroom or nursery.

Brand new upstairs spa bathroom with luxurious calcutta marble tile, a WetStyle trough sink with two faucets, CeasarStone countertops, and tons of storage space.
