About our home

A recently built 3-bedroom 2-bath house on a terraced 1/2-acre urban lot, the modern design revisits the logic and intimacy of the California ranch house. Entrance is across a bridge and outdoor deck into a living room suspended in the trees and overlooking a landscape filled with urban wildlife. Located just a few minutes from downtown Los Angeles, Echo Park is a vibrant mix of cultures, architecture, commercial activity, and social activism that has retained its unique character and charm for more than a century. The house is a few minutes walk to cafes, shops, nightclubs and restaurants featuring the newest trends in dining, music and fashion.
