About our home

We live on the upper floor of a beautiful, sun-filled house in a 1930's duplex. We share the building and backyard with a lovely family of three. The street is extremely quiet, but is only 2 blocks from one of the busiest parts of L.A. The Original Farmer's Market is just a 5 minute walk, as well as The Grove, LACMA, the La Brea Ta Pits, as well as all the fantastic shopping and dining on 3rd street. Our home is extremely family-friendly as we have 2 boys of our own, 4 and 7. The third bedroom is set up as an office, but has an American Leather Comfort Sleeper Sofa in it, which turns out to be the most comfortable bed in the house! We have an original working (gas) fireplace, and a comfortable eat-in kitchen as well as two large flat-screen TVs and wifi throughout the house.
