About our home

1,300 sq.ft. of open space, 1 spacious bedroom with a California King size bed. Includes Cable , DSL, HVAC, washer and dryer, dish washer. Lage open living room with dining room table for 10 people.
An Inflatable mattress that can easily be place in the living room to accomodate more people. Spacious contemporary kitchen with full appliances, toaster, coffee maker, microwave.

Steps away from public transportation.

3 bicycles are also available to use in the city and Loft has 2 parking spaces in secured garage.

Walking distance from museums, entertainment, restaurants, theatres, China town, litle Tokyo and local supermarket.

Free public concerts during the summer at the California Plaza and museums give large discounts to students.

Driving, 17 miles from Santa Monica and Venice Beach, 30 miles from Malibu. 12 miles from Beverly Hills, 10 miles from Hollywood.

We are a married couple, a lawyer and an interior designer/Real Estate Broker. We enjoy living in the middle of all the action and be able to watch different events going on in this area.
