About our home

Our beautiful home was built in 1925 and resides in one LA's most historic and coveted neighborhoods--Hancock Park. It is 2800 sq ft, has tons of toys, a big backyard with play structure, and a large cooks kitchen very fully stocked.
The area is lush and quiet but also in the heart of Los Angeles, minutes away from some best shopping, dining, and cultural sites in the city. It's also centrally located-- 20 minutes to downtown 30 minutes to the beach. Very family friendly.
Easy to spend day trips to Disneyland, legoland, sea world, Malibu, laguna. Stay in town and visit Getty, lacma, Moca Geffen, Chinatown. Very close to Hollywood central/ Manns Chinese theatre, etc. Griffith park is close too with observatory Trails cafe!
We have family in NYC so are always looking to swap to visit grandparents, but love the whole east and west coasts, as well as Colorado and Europe.
We have two cats who would not be here when you are, but if you are allergic this is not the house for you. Very clean house, but cat allergies are cat allergies!
