About our home

This gem has been defined as high-end with a warm inviting vibe. It sits on a hillside and has beautiful views day & night. It's a bi-level duplex with a double-car carport. The downstairs has a well-appointed kitchen, living room with TV, and dining area for 10 people. The upstairs has two bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with a 42" tv, and the guest room has two queen sized beds without a tv. The master room has its own master bath. The guest bathroom is just outside the room. There are two living/lounge areas inside, a bar, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The outside has a covered balcony with yet another lounge area and dining table for 6 people. I have other pics upon request. The pics are too large for this site.

The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful with many dog walkers. It's walking distance to many of the hot spots Silverlake has to offer. Also, only minutes away from the thriving downtown area!

It's a true gem!
