I have been an entertainment journalist for 20 years, and am currently editor of the website Cinema Without Borders (cinemawithoutborders.com) and a contributing writer for The New York Times. I also am an author and filmmaker and Harvard College graduate. Passions include film, piano, literature (Shakespeare especially), Italy and travel. Because I love visiting New York and have family in Connecticut, I often am looking for a houseswap in Manhattan or Brooklyn, but I also travel to Europe a few times a year an am expecially interested in swaps with people from Germany (especially Berlin), Italy, Sicily, France or Scandinavia. I speak English, Italian, some French and German, and have a partner who speaks fluent Czech.
