About our home

Our home is a spacious and comfortable newer home in a suburban setting. The home has three large bedrooms each with a queen sized bed. There are two full baths and a half bath. Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and very spacious. The deck off the kitchen has a gas grill and large table and chairs and a motorized pergola to control temperature and lighting on the large deck. This home is great for a family of up to six, but is also great for two. The second floor has its own heating and air conditioning units, so there is no waste if not in use. There is a double driveway and two car garage. Our home is convenient to many exciting attractions, shopping, and restaurants. We built the home fourteen years ago. Everything you need including laundry is on the first floor.

More about us

  1. We are Kevin and Beth, retired teachers from the public schools. Our retirement has been filled with travelling. We love architecture, art, history, golf, touring, restaurants, walking, gardens, reading, friends, family, grand dogs and seeing the world. We have two grown daughters, are 61 years old, lifelong learners, and free!!!!! We have had six successful exchanges to the Netherlands, Nice, France, London, Bodega Bay, CA, Manhattan, San Diego, Charleston and are anxious to schedule more. Our house shows pride in ownership and we'll treat your home with the very same care. https://www.pinterest.com/bvachon/louisville-kentucky/
