About our home

I'm only interested in swaps for seaside houses in Florida & Caribbean for winter and spring 2015 or houses on Patmos or Stromboli for summer 2015. Otherwise will do rentals. ASK ABOUT SPECIAL RENTAL RATES FOR WINTER 2015! Much cheaper than usual. This is a legal rental under New York law (owner occupied independent townhouse). My three bedroom two bath five story 1852 red brick townhouse has been published in decor magazines and websites, most recently in Time Out NY November 2014 issue. It's in the heart of the vibrant West Village, a neighborhood that is both full of innovative shops and restaurants and as safe as you can find. My street has very few cars and there are lots of trees around, including on my roof deck and in the small back patio. Also, sometimes I rent out the red room and the adjoining bathroom for $160 - $200 a night to individual travelers.
