About our home

Our apartment is in a new luxury high rise in the exciting Hudson Yards area. At over 50 floors up (~600 ft / 200 meters), the apartment is perched high above the city. It is a corner unit with floor to ceiling glass, with amazing views of the Hudson River, New Jersey, the George Washington Bridge, the midtown skyline (including the Empire State building), and on clear days, you can see the Atlantic Ocean!

The apartment has 10 foot (3.25 meter) high ceilings and a kitchen with Bosch appliances, as well as a Breville espresso machine. and an Aquasana water filtration system. There is also an in-unit Bosch clothes washer and dryer.

The building is full of amenities, with a 24 hour doorman, lots of common space, a coffee shop and in the building and has a separate entrance in the lobby for residents. There is also a residents-only club on the roof (62nd floor) with lots of indoor seating, a bar and a massive outdoor space with grills for cooking. For kids, the building also has a play room.

We are a block from the new Hudson Yards shopping center, the High Line and 2 blocks from the West Side greenway,
We are in between the popular neighborhoods of Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea, which are both packed with bars, restaurants, shopping and more!
