About our home

Oversize studio (1200 sf) in the heart of Union Square - steps to subways, movie theaters, farmer's market, theaters, bars, and amazing restaurants. If you're visiting NYC as a tourist, this location is as convenient as it gets.

A former felt factory, the building was one of the first luxury condo conversions downtown and has a cool 80s vibe in the lobby (Tom Cruise used to live here). The building has a doorman, roof deck with amazing views of downtown, and an elevator. Apartment is on the sixth floor, extremely quiet and private.

Gourmet kitchen excellent for cooking, recently renovated bathroom, high ceilings, and big windows with lots of light. Extremely comfortable, and great for entertaining. The bedroom is separated from the living space by a half wall, but can be entirely separated by sliding doors. Air mattress is available. There's a $140 cleaning charge if using points.
