Our home is comfortable and pleasant. We have two good sized bedrooms, one on the ground floor with a king bed, and one on the first floor with a queen bed, and a nice size kitchen with a large workspace for cooking. The kitchen appliances were replaced just over a year ago. There is a cozy living room with a TV for streaming Netflix, Britbox, Acorn and many more. Off the dining room is a sun room that leads out onto the deck. There is a washer and dryer in a closet in the ground floor hallway. We have central air conditioning which is very comfortable on hot summer days.
We are about a 4 mile drive to Osterville village with its charming downtown with shops and restaurants. We also have a golf course close by and a air field where you can get a ride on biplanes. There are numerous conservation areas for beautiful nature walks. There are ferries to the Islands of Martha's Vineyard ( where the film JAWS was made ) and Nantucket from Hyannis and Falmouth sea ports. This is a good central base for exploring the area. We are also about a hour drive from Provincetown. Boston is about 1 hour 15min away. Newport Rhode Island is about 1 hr 15min. Providence Rhode Island about 1 hr 30min.
We are hoping to do an extended term exchange of 3 weeks or more with a family or couple in England or Wales. We travel mostly during the warmer months of late Spring, Summer or early Fall.

Between us we have 5 children living in Boston, New Jersey, Florida and England. We love to travel to visit them and to see new places.
We live in a quiet residential neighborhood with a large pond and beach. The pond is stocked with fish and is also used for swimming, and boating. There is loads to do on Cape Cod during the warmer months. Many beautiful beaches, charming little villages, freshwater lakes, coastal drives to explore. Known for its fresh seafood, there is an abundance of very good restaurants on Cape Cod.
