About our home

Right now we have 15 finished rooms 6 bedrooms and 6 baths & over 6000 sq. ft. of finished living space (+ 3 car under), 4 balconies and 3 porches. (5 more bedrooms & baths are what we are hoping to finish by this summer). House is fully applianced and also has spiral staircase wood floors and good sized kitchen. Outdoor above ground pool, herb/perrenial garden & small basketball court. Attached 'in-law' quarters of 3 rooms, (1 bedroom, living room, kitchenette & bath) are handicapped accessible. Over a mile of walking trails on this wooded 50 acre lot.

Our home is located at the end of a 2 mile dirt road, there are countless miles of scenic walking trails nearby. Several horse accommodations in this town, even a few on our own road. Extreemly quiet area almost on Massachusetts line, close to state forest and many other hundred acres of forest land rich in wildlife. Fall foliage is a tourist draw as is a local maple syrup production/restuarnt. Snow shoeing, cross country skiing and snowmobiling are local activities with a few ski slopes within an hours travel. Small town of 1200 is less than 2 hours from Boston and half an hour from Nashua New Hampshire. Numerous small hikes on short hills available within half an hour.

We are a professional couple with 4 children and are hoping to improve their education by exposing them to cultures beyond their sandbox by traveling around the US and overseas, and meeting people from around the world.
