Sweeping Views of Mt. Rainier & Lake Washington from our Mercer Island Home

Spacious modern home with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in a quiet neighborhood. The large living room, dining room, kitchen are south facing towards Mt Rainier. All the bedrooms also face the south each with large picture windows.

From the kitchen, you can exit to the large patio which provides wonderful private setting for outdoor meals. You can pleasantly enjoy the great views of Lake Washington and mountains. Mercer Island is connected by highway bridges which allow you to drive to Seattle or drive East towards Spokane.

The kitchen has modern appliances (gas stove, dishwasher, 2 ovens, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and all cooking utensils and gadgets).
The kitchen has a fireplace and a sitting area.

Media room contains the TV, DVD, CD and stereo equipment. This room also has our family games, piano, and some toys.

Garage has an automatic or electric opener. Here, you will find bicycles, scooters, tools, beach and pool toys.

The second floor has all the bedrooms.
Masterbedroom has a Queen size bed and a full bathroom with large spa bath tub, toilet and shower. This room is very large.

Quiet and safe, kid friendly neighborhood with almost no traffic. Located walking distance to public schools, playing fields and playgrounds. Level streets allow the kids to play and ride their bikes around the neighborhood.

Grocery stores, variety of restaurants, gas station, drug store and salons are a 3 minute drive, short bike ride or walk away.
Public transportation is located by these stores and can easily take you to Seattle for the day.

Neighbors are friendly. Most families have been there for 20+ years. They are very helpful and knowledge about the area. There are many kids of all ages on our street. You will also find that many people walk throughout the neighborhoods. There are blue trail markers signs every where. So, there are very nice walks all around the forested open space areas.

Public swimming beaches are 5 minutes by car. We also belong to a private swim and tennis club located at the waterfront which our guests can use.

Enjoy the many attractions of Seattle (15 min.), Puget
Sound, San Juan Islands, or the Cascade Mountains. Olympic Peninsula and Victoria BC are accessible by ferry. Vancouver BC
is a 2 hr drive.

Bruce is formerly a business owner. He now is semi retired and very active and involved in the community working on the Mercer Island Open Space Board, coaching son's soccer team, volunteering his time for the school district and more.
Nannette is fomerly a Telecommunitions development program manager. She enjoys volunteering at the local schools as Art Docent, on PTA committees. She is active in the Washington Women's Foundation and Mercer Island Women's Club.

Emily is a student in middle school. She enjoys playing on a soccer and swim team and loves hanging out with her friends. You will find her room full of books and Barbie's

William is at Lakeridge elementary school. He speaks French. He also plays on the Soccer team, loves to ride is mountain bike and scooter all around the neighborhood. He is also on the local swim team too. When he grows up he wants to be a Lego Engineer.
