Kids room has two twin size bed and lots of toys for boys. 3rd room has a full size very firm bed. 4th bedroom has a treadmill and a computer with access to the internet. Wireless is available throughout the house. Family room has a large screen tv and family room is very nicely kept and at a good distance from the family room for those wishing the quiet. Kitchen is small and overlooks the family room. The car has a beautiful backyard with an enclosed pool surrounded by a baby guard and an area for sun bathing and a covered terrace and tiki .

The neiborhood is beautiful and very quiet . Neighbors and nice and friendly and there are restaurants less than 10 blocks away . The first Key is about 40 minutes away towards the South and the tourist areas are also less than 40 minutes away.

We are a nice family. We have two small boys and conform to the golden rule of dont do on to others what you dont want to have done un to you. We are hispanic from Cuban descent and bilingual. We take pride in our home and do our best in keeping the house neat but livable.
