About our home
Our modern ninth floor apartment overlooks the beach and the Atlantic Ocean to the east and has stunning views of Indian Creek and Biscayne Bay to the west. One can swim and sunbathe at the pool, or exit from the pool area directly to the open beach, which has life guard stations. Running alongside the beach is a newly created and wide tile promenade where people can walk, skate, or bicycle along the seafront. There are sea or bay views from every room and from the balcony. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are open plan to maximize the spacious views. We are a ten to fifteen minute walk from the famous Fountainbleau Hotel on Collins Avenue, and there is public transportation with a free trolley, and municipal buses. There is also a modern children's playground next door to our building and an adult exercise area.

Located in the center of Miami Beach on Collins Avenue our home has easy access to South Beach,North Beach,Balharbor,and Aventura with their celebrated restaurants and fashionable shopping centers. There is also easy access to all water sports such as boating,jet skis,and paddle board.
