Our lovely historic home is located in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego. We are very central (10 minutes to the beach, to downtown, little Italy, and 5 min to Old Town), yet this is a quiet, family friendly neighborhood with tree lined streets and cute restaurants/boutiques you can walk to. Our house is our primary home so it's set up for a family with plenty of amenities for kids.
Here is the layout
-We have a large master suite upstairs with a king sized bed and en suite bathroom and private patio
-2 kids bedrooms and a shared bathroom with tub/shower
-4th bedroom with a queen sized bed and private terrace
-Living room, dining room, large family room with a kids play area
-HUGE Chef's kitchen with everything you would need to cook just about anything
Our backyard is just paradise and is a quiet retreat for us, yet only a short drive to beaches and downtown.

-hot tub with seating for 8
-lounge chairs that circle a firepit
-outdoor dining area
-Traeger Grill
-charcoal Grill

“We had a fantastic time at Julia and Juan's house. The location is amazing - everywhere we wanted to go was within 20 min drive (downtown, beaches, museums etc). The neighbourhood is lovely to walk around with nice restaurants, parks and friendly people. The house itself is great, particularly for our small children who loved all the toys and the hot tub. It was clean and Julia was easy to communicate with. Really recommend this swap to everyone!”

Mission Hills is an upscale affluent neighborhood of San Diego, California, United States. It is located on hills just south of the San Diego River valley and north of downtown San Diego, overlooking Old Town, Downtown San Diego, and San Diego Bay.
