Quiet Neighborhood, home is on a cul de sac with very little traffic. Lots of young families, Sits on a golf course. People ride golf carts all thru the neighborhood. Can even fish in the ponds on the golf course. Home is just two miles from small town of Morrilton, 45 minutes from the state Capital of Little Rock, 15 minutes from Petit Jean Mountain State Park, and close to a number of lakes and rivers in the state.

We're a professional couple. Both college educated with two teenage children living at home. We are well known in the area and the neighborhood anyone who stays at our home will be immediately welcomed to the neighborhood. If you have children we could even arrange for other children their age to introduce themselves upon arrival. Again, the neighborhood is very safe and a great place for kids to roam and ride golf carts.
