This is the perfect family friendly home, located in one of the few neighborhoods in Old Village, Mount Pleasant. The home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with a fenced in yard, screened porch and plenty of outdoor space. Well behaved dogs welcome upon confirming.

- Elevated house with enclosed 2 car garage and driveway. Plenty of storage in garage for beach equipment. Fenced in yard and covered porch.
- Downstairs: Living room, dining room, eat in kitchen, sunroom/playroom, large guestroom (second master) with queen bed and ensuite bathroom (bath/shower combo). Front porch, back porch and screened porch.
- Upstairs: Large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (soaking tub and separate shower), 2 children's bedrooms with jack and jill bath and bath/shower combo. One room has a full bed and the other has a crib toddler bed.

The house is located in the heart of Old Village Mt Pleasant (where the Outer Banks is filmed)! We are a 5 minute drive (less than 3 miles) to the beach at Sullivans Island and a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston.

Old Village is arguably the best location in Charleston. You can walk or bike to many notable attractions such as:

-Shem Creek: home to Shem Creek Park, boardwalk, and numerous bars/restaurants (Reds Ice House, Tavern and Table, Salt Water Cowboys etc).
-The quaint downtown of Old Village (OBX filming hotspot) which includes the old fashioned Pitt Street Pharmacy soda shop, Old Village Post House (restaurant, bar and Inn), Rudi's Wine Shop, and several boutique-style shops.
-Pitt Street Bridge Recreation Area
-Alhambra Hall & dog park area
-Playground
