About our home

Amazing, private family home approximately 200 yards from Surfside beach in one of the most sought after locations in the world. Our large yard/garden has children's swings, outdoor shower, ample space for games and entertaining, a garage with plenty of storage and a ping-pong table.
First floor contains kitchen with maple cabinets, centre island, dining room, hallway, full bath and two guest bedrooms - one a twin, the other a double with pull out trundle bed.
Fully finished basement with twin bedroom, laundry room and den with 32" flat screen TV, dvd player, ipod dock and table football.
Second floor has living room with pull-out sofa, Master bedroom with access to balcony, flat screen TV, cathedral ceiling, full bath with jacuzzi tub, separate shower and walk-in closet.
