About our home

Our condo is a penthouse unit within a gated community located near Naples and Fort Myers, Florida. Most activities are walkable within the community: beach, golf, gym, tennis, pool, sailboats, canoes, grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants (both causal and fine dining).

Our condo is a second home so available whenever you are available. The kitchen is large and newly remodeled, perfect for those desiring the ability to cook and eat in. The large screened lanai over looks a nature perserve, quiet except for the wildlife (eagles, rosy spoonbills, egerts,etc.) Two deck chaises for lounging/reading and a table for dining out.
Baby grand piano in the living room, formal dining room, two spacious bedrooms both with king beds and private adjoining bathrooms. Also a family room/TV/reading room off the kitchen.
Office features two desk areas, internet access, and TV.

Explore the nearby sights such as the Everglades, Naples, Fort Myers or just stay put
and relax in a very comfortable, clean, well maintained home with amenties just a walk away. Our two bikes also avaiable for treks to the beach or around the community.

More about us

My husband and I retired early to see the sights and enjoy our Florida retreat and our mountain home in Colorado. We enjoy the outdoors: golf, fishing, hiking, boating, skiing, biking, camping, swimming and scuba diving. We feel we have chosen two paradise locations for our retirement.
Having no children and a spirit of adventure,
we would like to spend some time in the heart of New York City and walk to everything. We also look forward to extended trips to Europe.

Where is it?

Neighbourhood

We are located within a private gated community of homes, condos and villas. As our guests, you will have access to our amenities with the beach being the primary attraction. A short walk or bike ride takes you to the shuttle boat which makes a 10 minute run on the hour to and from our private beach island. Once at the bench, you will have sandy beaches to walk, swimming areas, shelling opportunities, bathrooms, picnic tables, beach chairs and umbrellas... all provided by our community.

Additonally there is tennis, a well equiped gym, large pool area with grills, chairs, umbrellas, day sailboats, kayaks, and canoes available for your use at no charge.

The private Fazio designed championship golf courses are also available with transfer fees.

If you rent a car, there is a another world to see outisde the gates. We are mid way between Fort Myers and Naples approx. 8 miles from each.

Airport: FORT MYERS (WITHIN 30 MINUTES) shuttle service door to door available for $50.00/2 persons.
