More about us

  1. Retired couple would like to spend time in Europe. We are flexible with our plans. We enjoy sailing, hiking biking, museums and cooking. We have
done home exchanges from our home in Florida in the past and we have had many positive experiences.

  2. We have since moved to Nashville and would love to exchange for a small condo or home in Florida sometime
during the winter. Nashville winters are very mild with no snow.

One of Nashville's most coveted neighborhoods on Old Hickory Lake and just minutes from Andrew Jacksons Hermitage, home of the People's President. Nashvile is now called the "it" City with so many country stars and entertainment. We are twenty minutes from the famous Music City Nashville honky-tonks, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Theatre (the Mother Church of country music),Country Music Hall of Fame, Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Frisk Art Museum and foodie restaurants. Take a dinner river cruise on the General Jackson Showboat or visit the famous whiskey distilleries (Jack Daniels,Jim Beam, Makers Mark).
